Chief Growth Officer, L'Oréal Luxe
Location: Woodmead

L’Oréal, a global leader in beauty, is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic Luxe Division in Woodmead. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind shaping and implementing growth strategies for our prestigious luxury brands, steering us towards continued market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Architect:
Develop and execute comprehensive local Luxe growth strategies spanning all channels (retail, e-commerce), with a tailored approach for optimal impact across individual retailers and categories.
Ensure alignment with the L’Oréal Luxe global blueprint, BU GMS, and Country GM's vision.
Provide strategic input to the Zone Chief Growth Officer, ensuring local growth plans synchronize with broader regional objectives and cascade zone’s RGM and category strategies to the country level for execution.
Financial Ownership:
Oversee the Luxe P&L, taking full responsibility for financial performance and forecasting accuracy across designated accounts and channels.
Maintain a holistic view of the Luxe P&L, encompassing all account inputs.
Partnership Catalyst:
Cultivate and nurture top-tier relationships with key retail partners, leading commercial negotiations with finesse and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
Drive growth performance by channel and retailer through strategic negotiation.
Partner closely with the Multi-Division team, ensuring seamless coordination and maximizing opportunities with shared customers.
Leadership & Team Empowerment:
Guide and inspire RGM and Business Planning teams, ensuring successful project deployment and strategy execution.
Collaborate closely with category teams and BU GMs to implement activation best practices and maintain strategic alignment.
Channel Development & Optimization:
Identify and develop new channels for growth, strategizing channel investments for maximum return.
Build and refine go-to-market capabilities, maximizing efficiency and impact.
Champion L'Oréal Luxe Golden Rules:
Serve as a valuable source of knowledge, providing the team with deep insights into local shoppers, markets, retailers, and distribution channels.
Facilitate the communication and adoption of best practices for activation, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in:
Market and category strategy development within the luxury sector
Brand building and management for prestigious brands
Cultivating and managing strategic retail partnerships
Business degree
Exceptional strategic road mapping, analytical thinking, and business planning skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively juggling multiple priorities and consistently delivering exceptional results.
