Online Sales Assistant Position -Incanda
Furniture’s Recreate
Description:
Incanda Furniture, located in Paarl, currently
has an opportunity available for an Online Sales Assistant at their Recreate
Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
(but not limited to):
·
Preparing invoices for clients
·
Capturing online orders
·
Packaging of customer orders and arranging
collection by couriers
·
Liaising with customers telephonically and per
email
·
Doing quality checks on products
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
•
Matric (Grade 12) is required, an
appropriate tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage.
•
Strong administration skills
•
Excel knowledge & skills
•
Ability to multitask.
•
Work in a team and individually.
•
Experience in online sales and basic bookkeeping.
•
Immediately Available.
