Key Responsibilities:
As a Sea Freight Export Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end process of Seafreight Exports. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Seamless Operations:
Arrange bookings online, manage haulage instructions, and oversee all aspects of Seafreight Exports.
2. Customer Focus:
Provide customers with regular status reports, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
3. Effective Communication:
Communicate excellently over phone and email, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
4. Detailed Reporting:
Craft comprehensive milestone reports, detailing events for customers who require such information.
5. Financial Management:
Handle invoicing and estimate processes efficiently.
6. Specialized Knowledge:
Utilize your experience in handling Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Shipments, and Pharma exports to enhance our services.
