What You Have Done Before
At least 5 years’ experience within mainstream coffee brands with 3 of these linked to franchise and or hospitality industry
NQF level 7 (Degree/Advanced Diploma with specialisation Retail, Business Management or equivalent))
Understanding of food services/QSR/Hospitality industry and products prevalent in the South African retail landscape.
Deep knowledge of retail principles with in-depth understanding of Retail operations.

What You Will Be Doing
Ensure implementation of non-fuel strategic objectives
Develop & review Coffee strategy, operational standards to continuously improve efficiencies
Engage Internal customers and stakeholders on category delivery needs to ensure full understanding of deliverables.
Present feedback and findings to internal stakeholders in order to drive regional standards
Ensure Promotional implementation through evaluation to support trade planning objectives
Manage and maintain relationships amongst Retail Sales & Operations & Convenience Operations teams to deliver turnover & income targets.
Develop positive relationships with all site managers & Dealers within the Engen network
Understanding and analysing competitor analysis to ensure Engen remains relevant in the market.
Develop and maintain cordial relationship at all times with re-sellers/re-distributors, as well as with customers
Development an tracking of reports allowing data analysis concerning the particular products in a bid to understand trends.
