Client Relationship Manager (Insurance, Medical, Security, Tracking) - Jhb MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are looking for a Johannesburg (Sandown) based motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to analyse and manage key strategic relationships with our partners and service providers. The successful candidate will work closely with a range of internal and external support teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role you will need to have a detailed understanding of the various SLA's we have with our partners. Through a process of analysing data, you will identify failures in our SLA. You will pinpoint the systems and processes that need improvement or enhancement and make suggestions on possible solutions to address shortcomings. Your ability to communicate and feedback to internal teams on SLA failures to enable resolution cannot be over emphasised. Thereafter, providing timeous and effective feedback of the solutions to partners and coordinating the roll out of those solutions quickly will be imperative. You will be responsible for providing regular reports of incidents and case management updates against SLA's. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Tertiary qualification in a business-related field required Experience managing SLA's for multiple service providers 3 – 5 years in a similar role within the financial insurance sector / security / vehicle tracking / post sales / medical industry required Microsoft Suite and CRM software proficiency required BEHAVIOUR AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED The following requirements should be met to make you a suitable candidate for this role. You are highly organised with a strong sense of self-discipline You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners. You have great problem-solving skills. You are able to identify problems relating to the failure of SLA's and come up with creative solutions to solve them. You have excellent time management skills. You will need to be able to manage your time effectively to ensure that deadlines are met. You have high levels of adaptability: You should be able to adapt quickly to changes in our product's development. You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a service environment. You are willing to travel and to be on standby or work irregular hours if necessary from time to time. Remuneration: Package is market related and negotiable for the right candidate.
