Upmarket Brokerage requires the following:
Essential requirements:
· Matric
· Minimum 3 years experience at a brokerage or insurance company
· Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
· Do insurance quotations and comparisons for brokers
· Process amendments on existing policies
· Identify gaps in client’s insurance cover
· Process insurance
· Plan and process monthly renewals
· Follow up on queries /submissions
· Liaise with clients on all queries/submissions/withdrawals
· Must be able to do FNA’s, ROA’s and be able to interpret Astutes.
* Annuities NB
· Understand Section 14 and Section 37 processes and be able to do follow ups.
· Credit control and debtors
· Load tasks on AtWork for all monthly billing statements, new business applications, and claims/queries that need to be escalated
· Responsible for compliance
· Fluent in Afrikaans and English
