Responsibilities Loading of Requisitions on SAP Drafting Reconciliation of Payment on SAP Good receipting Liaising with contractors and engineers System admin on SAP General Admin all paperless Competency in Software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams – Latest Have experience on any Accounting Software (Pastel, Sage, etc.) Requirements: Attention to detail is very important Presentable Be good and Timekeeping and need to be able to self-manage A professional Financial / Cost Accounting qualification 5 – 10 Years Financial / Cost accounting/bookkeeping experience Being highly skilled with the Microsoft Office suite Experience working in a high paced Project environment would be advantageous Strong analytical ability, with attention to detail and deadline driven Ability to work flexibly, independently and in a team as well as being able to collaborate with other team members The ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and working well under pressure Working Hours (non-negotiable): Working Hours between projects: 7:00 – 15:00 – +/- 15 days between projects. Project Specific Working Hours: 7:00 – 19:00 including weekends and Public Holidays – Project can range for 45days – 90days. This is where you earn hugely on overtime.
