Are you interested in a career at VIKING? We are currently seeking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Support for our Cape Town office. The department consists of 6 dynamic colleagues responsible for VIKING's market growth. Being close to our customers and sales force is key to our success. As a Sales Representative, you will communicate with key clients daily, supporting sales teams in implementing sales concepts. Additionally, you will work with the rest of the team on the day-to-day tasks in the department, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. In close cooperation with the rest of the team, your primary responsibilities include: •Sales support including quotations, invoices, co-visits and ad hoc cases • Follow-up with key sales personnel on efforts and results • Assist in and/or coordinate specific development projects • Generating quotations and invoices • Maintain good relationships with clients and support with marketing activity’s Furthermore, the Sales Representative will assist the department Manager on an ad hoc basis. Your profile • Experience from a similar position at good level • Analytical and commercial mindset • Proactive in your behaviour • Matric Certificate • Valid Driver’s License • Must be able to present products • Good negotiation skills How to apply?
