Responsibilities: · Data entry in QuickBooks · Bank and credit card reconciliations · Maintenance of General Ledgers · Maintenance of Accounts Receivables · Maintenance of Accounts Payables · Preparation of quarterly payroll reports (Form 941 and TWC) · Preparation of annual payroll reports (Form 940, 1099’s and W2) · Preparation of rendition reports · Preparation of franchise tax reports · Preparation of sales tax reports · Correspondence with all clients · Maintain time entry in Time Management system - Perform other bookkeeping and tax duties as needed and assigned Job Requirements: · Strong knowledge of accounting best practices · Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines · Deadline oriented, self-motivated and problem-solving skills · Strong organizational skills and communication skills with ability to prioritize · Reliable, punctual and the ability to work independently · Advanced Excel skills with the ability to design and utilize effective spreadsheets with pivot tables · 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping role · PC Literacy, cloud-based office, accounting and tax software · Experience with QuickBooks added advantage · High school diploma or equivalent Should you be interested and meet the above requirements email your cv to rldsolns@gmail.com
