Supply drivers as required according to TDT/FOOD agreed forecast targets (shifting of drivers)
Weekly shift list to be kept up to date, in accordance to the minimum required drivers according to the weekly Food order forecast and driver requirements document.
Manage daily driver compliance:
Ensure driver uniform and hot bag compliance
Ensure drivers have change and provide change float
Ensure vehicles are maintained according to reasonable standards of cleanliness and function.
Manage Driver availability:
Drivers are shifted within a service area
Drivers are available to receive orders - logged in and online
Guide operational input: e.g. driver splitting according to restaurant “hot spots” as required.
Cash-up and pay drivers
Extras (premium fees, restaurant delays)
Manage planning around service area:
Communicate outages/service interruptions (e.g. weather, ad-hoc protest action, other unforeseen situations leading to service interruptions).
Communicate area limitations in advance to Head Office teams for them to manage polygons and customer communication (e.g. opening of parliament, sporting events, polygons and customer communication (e.g. opening of parliament, sporting events, festivals, announced protest action).
