Salary R20k – R25k CTC
The Junior Client Services Representative ensures excellent service to the company’s clients. Duties and responsibilities include the on-boarding of clients, acting as a liaison between the client and the company, investment administration, servicing of client’s accounts and ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Update and maintain client accounts
Administration of Client Services duties on a day to day basis
Serves as an administrative and operational support to the team
Assists to develop processed and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Co-ordinate the flow of information from the client, to the company and back to the client
Proactive in the recognition and identification of potential problem areas and being proactive in resolving this effectively
Education, experience and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
Completion of RE examinations is advantageous
FAIS Supervision requirements
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is beneficial to have, but is required in the long term
2-3 years’ experience in an Investment Administration, financial services administration role or customer services role in the financial services industry
Experience within a family office background and experience across multiple product providers and investment platforms is preferable
Experience working with computers, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
