Developing relationships & providing solutions to all decision makers within the professional arena by selling the company, its services, its products and brands, and its expertise.
Marketing the endorsements & the development of specifications which favor the brands and products.
Contributing to the development and implementation of Regional sales & marketing plans which will support and contribute to the National Business objectives & National Marketing Strategy.
Assisting in compiling a national marketing strategy aimed at the professional sector and in creative execution of the agreed campaign. Managing, updating and controlling implementation documentation of digital marketing on a national basis, including the management of the blog, website design, content updates, and digital marketing campaigns.
Obtaining new projects through the effective management of the portfolio’s top clients.
Calling on professionals.
Achieving accepted “hit” rates for both sector reach and project conversion through cold calling, and the effective use of marketing and CRM tools, with the ultimate aim of achieving company profitability & objectives.
To inform the Professional sector and other product specifiers of the product benefits and features as well as correct application for our product range, to ensure that specifications are applied on projects and tenders (or RFP).
Maintaining and fostering relationships with existing and new professionals.
Exceeding individual potential and company objectives.
Developing, gathering and sharing of market intelligence with all stakeholders.
Communicating and assistance in resolving customer complaints arising from the professional sector.
Assimilation of required reporting & information for marketing purposes.
Attendance in and participation of stock takes, conference attendance and training sessions.
Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
A degree-level qualification in marketing or architectural design
5-10 Years general work experience
At least 5 years' experience in Business to Business Marketing in the built environment / roofing /related industry
