Role primarily involves managing inbound calls from end customers who wants to claim - responsibilities include receiving/making outbound calls, taking action on incoming queries, making required negotiations, updating the system, taking required action and escalation handling. Delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines will be key; with focus on Customer Satisfaction and quality of transactions.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in any of the following industries:
6 months experience dealing with insurance claims would be preferred.

R6500 basic salary (+ up to R5000 Performance Bonuses)
Transport after 8pm to your door
