Job Title: Permanent Administration Coordinator / Assistant
Description

Permanent Administration Coordinator / Assistant

Established agricultural marketing company that specialises in the domestic and international marketing of grain, oil seeds and animal feed ingredients is seeking to employ a Administration Coordination / Assistant. Experience in the agricultural or export industry advantageous.

Duties:

 

  •  
  • Opening of contracts on system
  •  
  • Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
  •  
  • Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
  •  
  • Collecting of unsigned contracts
  •  
  • Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts
  •  
  • 6 month reconciliations
  •  

 

Requirements:

 

  •  
  • Min B.Comm Marketing / Logistics qualification
  •  
  • Previous experience within a Trading Environment or in Grain required
  •  
  • Fully bilingual
  •  
  • Strong Excel Skills
  •  
  • Dynamic, proactive and analytical
  •
