My client is a leading E-commerce Baking company situated in the Northern Suburbs of CT. You will be responsible for managing 40 people within the bakery.

REQUIREMENTS:

Min 6-8yrs Dessert/Baking experience
min 4 yrs within a Leadership position
HACCAP training
Formal Patisserie Certification/relative diploma (City & Guilds)
NPD Experience
Large scale production experience
Attention to detail
Organised
Great leadership skills
A passion for baking
