An Architectural Aluminium Company rendering manufacturing and installation services to the Construction Industry, with premises based in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion, has an opportunity to employ a Payroll Administrator. A highly motivated, positive, young energetic personality, with good interpersonal and communication skills, are requirements for this position. Must be able to work independently, but also work within a team context. Have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines, total accuracy, demonstrate credibility and trust. Grade 12, with a National Diploma or Degree in Payroll Administration and a minimum of at least 5 years experience in this capacity is a pre-requisite. Key responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: Prepare and enter all payroll input documentation for the wages account onto the system. Loading new employees, handle terminations, loading 3rd party payments, medical aid, pension fund, leave, UIF, overtime, month-end reports, prepare, submit and manage WCA, PAYE, EMP201, as well as IRP5's . Maintain and update employee contracts and filing system, including archives. Must have relevant knowledge of statutory requirements relating to payroll administration (Labour Relations Act, EE, UIF, SDL, TAX (PAYE), POPI Act and OHSA. Salary negotiable according to qualifications and experience.
