EXPERIENCE: Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 2/3 years relevant experience Proven Track Record/References QUALIFICATIONS: Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: Matric/Senior Certification Relevant HR Qualification/Diploma Knowledge of human resources policies, rules and regulations. Maintaining confidentiality regarding Human Resources related issues. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records. Creating and updating personnel, payroll and accounting information in spreadsheets. Writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Proficient with MS Word & Excel. Job Specification... THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: Effectively manage all recruiting, candidate screening, staffing and scheduling of staff nationwide. Perform exit interviews and generate appropriate paperwork for corporate payroll and benefits Develop & implement incentive programs for all staff. Supervise staff consisting of seven full time recruiters and administrative personnel. Perform Salary surveys and negotiate compensation packages. Analyze staff forecast on a monthly basis for national objectives. Develop & distribute correspondence letters for potential new employees. Create job descriptions. Manage employee/per diem database. Schedule new employee orientations & input new employee data into payroll system. Renumeration R27000with Full Benefits/Contributions and year end bonus
