Matric;
Tertiary or Degree in Industrial Engineering;
Course in Lean Manufacturing very advantageous;
Time and Motion studies;
Maintain administration records of Production;
Setting up database for production;
Optimising productivity and quality of both staff and machines;
Ergonmic studies-(Human-machine interface);
Managing performance, training and development of staff;
Time and motion studies;
Ability to implement ideas - must be hands on;
Seeing the implementation process through to the end;
Managing KPI's;
Process design, analysis and work study;
Capacity planning and process optimization.
