5-7 years experience supporting/upgrading Production systems / applications
3-5 years experience working with or supporting FileNet products. P8 4.0 Admin, Install, configuration, performance tuning are critical
Deep knowledge of more than one portal and ECM platforms such as SAP
The ideal candidate will have formal IBM/FileNet certifications, training and consulting experience combined with real world experience in developing and delivering software solutions.
Specific experience in IBM/FileNet P8 Migrations and transformations is a plus
Real world experience architecting or developing FileNet based solutions
3rd Party IBM FileNet consulting experience
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) expertise
Specific expertise in FileNet solutions or FileNet products
Identify and resolve customer business issues by applying ECM technologies and best practices
Provide customers with ROI estimates based on proposed solutions
Develop design specifications based on user requirements
Provide hands on development expertise as part of project team
Integration of new technologies into existing products
Oversee the technical delivery components of our implementation life-cycle for both customers and possibly internal products
Implement Enterprise Content Management (ECM) & Business Process Management (BPM) solutions and mentor customers in best practices
