Minimum Requirements... 

 

EXPERIENCE: 

 

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

 

  •  Relevant 3 + years in Office Administration/ Procedure
  • Relevant Administration Qualification/Diploma
  • References 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

 

  • Matric Grade 12 Certification
  • Excellent spelling, proofreading and computer skills. .
  • Ability to multi task and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to type at least 75+ wpm
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to produce consistently accurate work

Job Specification... 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO: 

 

  • Realign several administrative departments to make them work more efficiently independently and together.
  • Collaborate with all departmental managers to remove overlapping responsibilities and unnecessary positions.
  • Assist the CEO in drafting corporate policies designed to reduce administrative bureaucracy.
  • Supervising the work of office Housekeeping  and assigning work for them.
    Handle and Manage  incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
    Organise Executive  travel, itineraries, and accommodation 
    Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
    Responsible for purchase orders.
    Raise purchase orders and invoice tracking. 
    Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office. Suite of Programmes 
    Set up and coordinate Admin training ,meetings and conferences
  •
