Description

 

 Conscientious and efficiency focused   Office Admin Support  Manager skilled at implementing efficient office operations through a hands-on approach to staff management. and focused on managing all office functions to ensure optimal office productivity .

 

 Requirements  & Qualifications for the Position

  1. Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
  2. Dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile administrative support skill set developed through 3/4 years experience as an office manager, secretary, administrative assistant and/or office clerk.
  3. Excel in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions, systems and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line.
  4. advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and other applications/systems. 
  5. Highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
  6. An effective team player that understands the value of working together towards a common goal.

 

The successful candidate must perform the following daily tasks/responsibilities::

  1. Communicate openly and effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
  2. Assist with the selection, training, and assignment of personnel.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures in the operation of the company.
  4. Assist with the administration of the budget.
  5. Assist in maintaining records and filing necessary reports.
  6. Assist in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the Company
  7. Plan and organize the day to day procedures to provide for efficient operation of the Company.
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Senior Office Manager
  9. Revise, modify, organize, gathere information .
  10. Organize and gather information for monthly reports.
  11. Manage confidential and sensitive correspondence.
  12. Calculate and process expense reports.
  13. Process invoices.
  14. Update and maintain calendars and appointment schedules.
  15. Handle all travel arrangements.

 

 

 

Remuneration Offered

 

R30000 CTC + Medical, Provident Fund benefits with a Performance based annual 13th Cheque
